This document provides a checklist for all global new hire onboarding participants. After completing this document, you will be able to recognize which accounts you must request and set up, how to access the related service sites, and reference materials to help you get connected with your co-workers in your first few days.

Security Awareness Course

Within 14 days, complete each of the 3 mandatory lessons by going to Security Awareness for End Users.

Enrollment Email: You have already been sent an automated enrollment email notice for this program.

Note: If you have not completed the 3 mandatory lessons by this date, you will be sent an automated reminder.

About this Program

This program is designed to increase your personal awareness of your responsibilities to secure all company assets (including intellectual property, financial and employee/customer/partner information).

This program contains both required and optional lessons, as follows:

Required Lessons

Total Required Time: 18 minutes

Total Optional Time: 1 hour 09 minutes

  • User Security & Awareness (3.5 minutes)
  • Working Remote Safely (5 minutes)

What if I have a security concern?

If you ever suspect a security threat, report it immediately to IT Global Service Center (x3901) or visit helpdesk.jeenbake.com.
